INGREDIENTS

Milk

2 eggs

1 ½ tsp sugar

2 to 3 sliced bread

2 to 3 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

Whisk eggs, milk and sugar into a bowl, Mix it well to get a smooth consistent batter.

Dip bread in batter for about 20 to 30 seconds, turn the bread to next side. Make Sure is well coated.

Heat a pan in medium flame. Melt a tsp of butter in pan. Transfer the coated bread slice over butter. After a minute, flip the toast to the next side and cook it till crisp and golden brown.
